Who we are

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, your email address, the location and type of the project, your description of it, and how you heard about us. If you write or call us directly, it is whatever your message contains.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, and — if the project goes ahead — to correspond with you about it. We do not use your details for anything else, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to the conversation or the project, and we delete it sooner if you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Our website host and our email provider process the information on our behalf so that this site can run and so that your message reaches us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs in order to function. It does not run advertising trackers or profiling cookies.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
